We participate for the benefit and value of the audience and flow with the other panelists with the intent that the audience can take away something from what we contribute that inspires them and can be applied to their lives.

We do this by bringing new insights and knowledge that will add significant value to the panel with a different angle from fellow panelists for each question so the audience learns from it and it opens their minds to something new. We share authentic experiences, bringing vulnerability and lessons learned from mistakes we've made, when relevant.

We learn what the overall theme of the panel purpose/event is and about each panelist so our active contributions keep the flow of conversation, are relatable and engaging with the audience, and creates a sense of curiosity so they feel they've learned something that confronts the issues with general options, and are motivated to integrate new strategies for success.
60 Minute Keynote:
We go deep and show the breadth of our expertise, inviting the audience along through the ups and downs, ins and outs with complex, unanticipated twists and turns while staying on track with our core message.

We clearly and concisely deliver a speech that inspires and encourages the audience to envision what they are capable of, then compel them to take action.

Based on what the audience wants to know, we stay focused on our main message as we empathetically put ourselves in their hearts and minds, the way they need to hear it.

We use funny, heart-wrenching stories, including some stories speaking candidly about the problems we came up against revealing how we solved them and the benefits that transpired.

We take our body of work and experience, use it to resonate with and inspire them to take action. The wisdom will become part of their life experience and create a legacy which will stick with them for years.
